49cc, mini bike - January 28, 2022

49cc for a Mini Bike build

Henry Danis took his time to make this a clean build with polished parts. He's using our high flow air filter kit, .457 big bore carb and throttle linkage kit. The transmission is a 4:1 Grubee belt drive unit. Can't wait to see how this setup works in the mini bike.

Clean Build from Denver

We love bikes like this. At first glance you see a clean motorized bike. After spending some time looking it over you see all the detail that went into this build. The builder is Michael Griffin in Denver and he rides this bike at 5000+ elevation. In an effort to help others at elevation, Michael said the stock engine with the stock main jet was rich. Once he added the high flow air filter and free flowing exhaust, the stock main jet worked great. Thanks for sharing this info Michael and for sharing your beautiful build with us!

212cc Predator Beach Cruiser Race Bike

Jonathan from Revolving Garage built a very cool budget minded motorized bike with a 212cc Predator engine. He was able to put the bike together very quickly and enter a race put on by SoCal Motor Bicycle Racing. This is a limited edition Foose Beach Cruiser. Jonathan used light weight, 3 spoke rims with a large brake rotor on the front and a pit bike brake caliper. The very cool handlebars provide a low riding position.
